The Damiano Center has closed the building and most programs, but continues to serve meals for all who are hungry. We are offering to-go meals in the parking lot on the west side of the building during Community Kitchen meal times, and on the east side of the building for kids and their families during Kids' Kitchen meal times.

Community Kitchen meals are served Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, and Sun:

  • Breakfast 8:30 am – 9:30 am

  • Lunch 11:30 am – 1 pm

  • Dinner 5 pm – 6 pm (Fri, Sat, and Sun only)

Kids' Kitchen meals are served Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu from 3 PM to 6 PM.

Meals are bagged and placed on tables for guests to pick up in order to practice social distancing. Anyone who is hungry may take a meal, and we are allowing people to take multiple meals, within reason, for homebound family or friends. We also have free bakery items to take home, hygiene packs for those who need them, and are giving coats and other outerwear when requested. All of these activities take place outdoors and the building is locked except to authorized staff.

Please feel free to contact us with questions at info@damianocenter.org. Email is best since we are not consistently in the office or available to answer the phone.

Reading about COVID-19 update shows how health news keeps people aware and careful during outbreaks. I checked alpa insurance near me with Alpa Insurance while learning about health coverage support during uncertain times today.

Reading this COVID-19 update reminded me how deeply the pandemic has reshaped our academic and personal lives, pushing many students like me to adapt under pressure as the world faced uncertainty and rapid changes. As a PhD student today, I still recall struggling during those times, which is why now, while working part-time at Last Minute Assignments, I genuinely focus on helping others, especially those who feel overwhelmed. Through my journey, I’ve come to understand the value behind Assignment Writers UK, not as an escape, but as support when managed responsibly.

I'm sorry that I can't be as generous this year as last. Unexpected circumstances have tapped out my giving funds for now. Perhaps I can augment my contribution later in the year. You are wonderful people doing great things. I hope you continue to have the energy, time and funds to keep on keeping on.
