Clothes That Work
Imagine searching for work without the money to dress appropriately for job interviews. How could you land a job without making a good impression? Clothes That Work started in 1999 to provide no-cost employment clothing to jobseekers and low-income workers.
Each year, over 2000 job-seekers & low-income workers receive:
- Advice on proper clothes for interviews and job settings.
- Two outfits for job seekers
- Five outfits for those working
- Accessories, hygiene and beauty products
We accept:
- suits
- dresses
- blouses
- shirts
- pants
- skirts
- shoes
- accessories
We especially need men's clothing, shoes, and accessories (belts, ties, etc.). If you are conducting a clothing drive, or if you'd like to make a larger donation (more than a couple of armloads of clothing), please contact the clothing coordinator ahead of time. Donations are NOT accepted on Thursdays and Sundays.
Open Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
